Summer Hours
School Office: Tuesday – Thursday 10:00-2:00 pm. Closed during the month of July. Preschool Office: Tuesday – Thursday 10:00-2:00 pm. Finance Office: Tuesdays 9:00-2:30 pm. Or by appointment
Report Cards
Report Cards will be available for pickup in the school office starting Wednesday, June 7th from 12:00-2:00pm
Last Day of School & Awards Chapel-5/31/23
Wednesday, May 31st is our last day of school! The end-of-year awards chapel honoring students in academic achievement, citizenship and other extracurricular areas, will be held in the sanctuary at 8:55am. Students are dismissed after chapel concludes – eCare is not available. Happy summer!
5th Gr. Aloha Promotion – 5/30/23
It’s time to say “Aloha” to our 5th graders as they put their elementary years behind them and move on to Middle School. The promotion ceremony will take place in the sanctuary at 5:30pm on Tuesday, May 30th.
Pre-K Graduation – 5/23/23
Congratulations to our Pre-K classes! They will graduate and move on to the elementary campus as kindergarteners in the fall. Ceremony begins at 5:00 pm
Mini-Olympics – 5/12/23
Friday, May 12th is our annual Mini-Olympics celebration and picnic lunch. Opening ceremonies will begin at 8:45am with games starting at 9:05am. Bring your blankets or camp chairs and join us for lunch on the grass after the games (lunch is provided for students). School will be dismissed at 1:00pm.
Staff Appreciation Week – 5/1-5/23
This is a great time to show all our wonderful teachers and staff how much they are appreciated for their hard work and dedicated service throughout the school year. Friday is a half-day; no lunch; no e-care is available.
Rock ‘n Water – April 25-26
Our 4th grade class has an exciting overnight camping trip to Rock ‘n Water in the Sierra foothills. They will time-travel to the 1850’s to learn more about California’s golden history.
Hume Lake – April 24-28
Our 5th grade class will have an unforgettable week of adventure during Science Camp at Hume Lake. Nestled within the Sequoia National Forest, students will spend the week learning scientific principles while basking in the presence of our Creator.
Spring Performance – 4/20/23
This exciting night will include performances from our Eagles Cheer Team, all Choir Classes (K-5th) & 3rd Grade Recorders. Students should wear their “Easter Best”; Cheer Team should wear cheer uniforms. Doors open at 6:20 pm & Performance begins at 6:30.
