Mr. Diehl has worked in Education for 10 years starting when he was finishing his undergraduate degree at Bethany University. He taught in a charter school for a year, starting out as an aid, and then took a teaching position at Crossroads in August of 2005. He taught 5th grade for two years and then 6th grade for one year as he finished his Masters of Teaching at Bethany. Mr. Diehl has been inspired from day one by the amazing students, staff, and parents that comprise our Crossroads community. This will be his third year as the principal of Crossroads, but his first full year as the Head Administrator of the school. To quote Mr. Diehl, “The sole lesson in life is to love the Lord and then love others.” Mr. Diehl is also the Education Pastor for Crossroads Christian Center where he is joined by his wife Erica and son Elisha.
Ms. Berry is the secretary for Crossroads Christian School and has been for 11 years. Several years before working at the school, her own three children attended Crossroads. Before this, she ran her own licensed child care facility for 10 years. She absolutely loves the children and parents here at Crossroads.
