Dancing! Games! Photos! It’s a Sock Hop for CCS K-5th grade girls and their dads on Feb. 2nd @ 6-7:30pm.  Purchase tickets in school office by 1/26.  50’s attire is encouraged!

We’re more than halfway through the year! It’s a great time to celebrate students’ accomplishments so far and take a deep breath as we soar into spring.

The second semester Soaring Readers program begins on Jan. 22. It runs for 8 weeks, ending on March 15th; Reading Logs due on Mar. 18th. Students who reach their Individual Reading Goal will be honored in a special chapel in March. Classes meeting their collective Class Goals will get a class party!

All those interested in getting information about our Kindergarten program are invited to attend the Kindergarten Preview Day with our wonderful teacher, Mrs. Matsuoka. This overview of Kinder starts at 9:00am and will answer all your questions regarding what to expect during this important year.

This is a special time where we honor those students, Grades 1 thru 5, who made it to Honor Roll with a GPA of 3.5 and above for the first semester of the year. The awards will be presented immediately following our regular chapel which begins at 8:55am.

Christmas break begins on Friday, Dec. 22 and continues through Jan. 5, 2024. School resumes on Monday, January 8th. We pray you will all enjoy your time with family as you celebrate our Lord’s birth. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
