About CCS

Our Mission

Our mission is to see students: know what it means to have a relationship with Christ, to demonstrate Christian Character, develop a strong academic foundation, and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to make a difference in their world. As a ministry of Crossroads Christian Center, we focus on equipping students to excel academically, spiritually and socially.

Our Vision

Our vision of growth encompasses administration, staff, and parents.

Administration
  • Lead with a servant heart (attitude), the community in a manner of excellence as unto the Lord.
  • Nurture relationship with teachers, parents, and most importantly the students.
  • Model discipleship for every individual that comes in contact with the CCS community.
  • Communicate encouragement to Staff, Parents, and Students to utilize their God-given talents and abilities to the utmost; supporting the school mission statement.
  • Manage a daily environment where the administration nurtures the school in the likeness of Christ.
Staff
  • Follow the leading of Administration by functioning in the gifts, talents, and abilities that God has given to them.
  • Create environments that maximize learning on a daily basis.
  • Utilize talents and abilities of individual students by encouraging creativity and safety (in) the classroom.
  • Communicate support to parents in the upbringing of their children.
  • Nurture every child in the school with love.
Parents
  • Choose Crossroads Christian School as their number one support system for their children.
  • Offer or make available gifts, talents, and abilities to enrich the CCS culture.
  • Support CCS as the needed community for ones child through, first prayer, then financial support.
  • Communicate positively to individuals outside of the community of CCS, as a school.
  • Provide ones time for CCS events and activities with the children.
